GLOBALfest welcomes enquiries from groups or businesses that would like to have a site at the festival.

Community Sites are present for businesses and organisations to promote, educate and to sell products to the visitors at GLOBALfest.

Our marketing coordinator will liaise with you on fitting your promotion with GLOBALfest Values. They will also help you with ideas for making a successful site. For example, the more interactive your site is, especially if you have children’s activities, then the adults will follow.

Community groups in 2008, included Trade Aid Shop, Travel Trenz, Red Cross, Rotorua Blue Light and New Zealand Police, Silk and Stones, NZ Fire Service, Parent 2 Parent and ESOL Home Tutors Rotorua.

The participation cost is $100.00. If your group is a charitable trust, or not for profit organisation and you would like to discuss costs, please contact us.

GLOBALfest will provide each site with: Four GLOBALfest Community Site Passes One Trestle table Two Chairs Power will be available if requested. Should you require power, you must provide your own extension cords, multiboxes / double adaptors SECURITY onsite – To Be Confirmed RUBBISH – rubbish and recycling stations will be provided. PARKING – available at the venue Sites should be no larger than 3 x 3 metres. Any other tables or accessories, i.e.; gazebo you should provide yourself.

Agreement

We understand that we are to liaise with and answer to the marketing coordinator of GLOBALfest (and/or their assistant), prior to and on the day of the GLOBALfest festival.We agree to pay $100, which will entitle us to a site and 4 GLOBALfest Community Site Passes. Payment by cheque, made out to GLOBALFEST CHARITABLE TRUST, post to PO Box 6242 Whakarewarewa, Rotorua. We understand that our site and staff may be photographed and/or videoed in relation to the GLOBALfest festival. We agree to all photographic and video material being available for use in GLOBALfest promotion and marketing. For the event GLOBALfest, There are no refunds or exchanges except by law. If you are unable to attend, you can provide a substitue. If a refund is made GLOBALfest may retain an administration fee. GLOBALfest reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitue any aspect of the event. I have read the Rotorua International Stadium user compliance guide for community sites and agree to abide by the terms and conditions.
