Disclaimer and Cancellation Policy
*GLOBALfest Charitable Trust reserves the right to add, withdraw,reschedule or substitute participants, either in the Cultural Villages, Performers or Entertainers. *
*Any decision to cancel GLOBALfest will not be made lightly and is solely the responsibility of the GLOBALfest organising committee. In the case of cancellation there will be no ticket refunds or exchanges except by law. If a refund is made, GLOBALfest Charitable Trust may retain an administration fee.*
*In the case the event is cancelled the funds provided to the cultural groups for village theming will be assessed based on the amount remaining to determine if any funds will be returned to the GLOBALfest Charitable Trust.*
